A kick butt weekend in Toronto.

Well I had my down time and I am back in everyway.

I went to a training conference last week and to finish off a great brain week my hubbie came up to Toronto for a romantic weekend.

We went to a fabulous resturant called under the sultan's tent.  It was much more expensive than what we consider a treat but after I decided to let go of the uncomfort (we could afford it so why waste time fretting) I was able to have a fantastic time.  There were 4 courses all new taste experiences for me.  Part of the treat was the entertainment.  There were belly dancers.  I love watching them dance.  The way they isolate there body and the contrast of grace and power facinates me.  I even got up to dance with one of them.

So fun.  We walked all over the city.  We tried all kinds of new foods.  I even had a 'okay' time at the hockey hall of fame... who knew I could shoot a puck so hard (42 mph).

My husband's highlight is when one of the employees at the HHF mistook him for a Leaf's player.  After he clarified he loves to play but isn't a professional the kid continued with the compliment by saying that he was big and fit like a pro just figured he was.  Ha he was so cute afterwards.  If he were a bird his chest feathers would have been all fluffed up as he strutted around.

Definately gonna have to work in more out of town explorations.

Keep thriving all!!!
