I've survived... I've gathered my composure... I'm back!

Well not to dwell on the past events but suffice to say, my body decided to fall apart.  Since December 2008 (yikes it's been that long) I have been on a rollercoaster of break stuff (knee, disk, pinched nerves, whiplash, knee again).  Been in survive mode.

Well if I learnt one thing going through Tools to Life, nothing gets you back on track faster then daily attention to progression.  So that said... I'm back... I'm not perfect health yet, still have whiplash from an accident in March.  I still have a herniated disk and pinched nerve.  BUT for the first time in a long time I have energy (yeah for spring).  I can get out and walk. I can even dance around the livingroom.

Funny how things work out.  When I was stuck in bed it didn't feel like I was missing much.  Now that I am up the universe has filled up my dance card with all kinds of fun and fabulous things.  A band I sang with called me back and we have a show in April and September.  I am in a play that shows in May.  I am off to Chicago at the end of this month with some good friends, for good times and a whole lot of good food.  Got invited to sing in a Church choir.  Been focusing on family the last few months... especially my nephews.

With so much up and coming something like tools makes all the difference.

So here is to being back.  Here's to not just surviving but THRIVING!
