EXERCISE: 15 minutes every morning. 5 min stretch, 5 min situps / pushups, 5 min breathing exercises (mother pose).
Go to bed by 10:30 and up at 5:30 each day (exceptions will be made if justified by something worthwhile).
Read Life Goals at the start of everyday.
READ - Work enhancing material for the first 15 minutes each morning (with a bonus goal of last 15 min before I go home) for the next 30 days. Topic for May (Policy and Procedure Development).
Book Mexico vacation for December 3-17 by May 29th. 3 bedroom for us and moms. 6 bedrooms for us and the gang.
Open (clean, purge, dig out fire pit, paint, fix up) the trailer by May 29th.
Work out 4 days a week for at least 45 minutes at a moderate to high effort level for the rest of the year.
Record 3 song cover and post it to Youtube by the end of June.
I will complete a 3 day mono-diet (apples) in May to settle down my system and get on track for clean healthy eating.
I will weight 155 lbs by June 30th.
Practice guitar for 30 minutes a day for 30 days. 5 min stretches and setup, 10 min drills, barres and arpeggios, 10 min new song, 5 min song-in-progress, 5 min favourite.
Sing for at least 20 minutes a day for 30 days. 3 min warm up, 5 min drills, 5 min new song, 5 min band songs, 5 min recital songs, 2 min cool-down.
Spice up Steve and my relationship. Bring back the fire we had, the attention I gave him, and the closeness we shared. Start with a gester a day until it is habit.

Tracie McGregor's Fat Loss M.A.P - Days 16

 Well how easily I fall back into old habits.  I really need to keep focused on exercising everyday.  I am up a pound this week (down 4lbs total).

Things that worked...  My eating is still very good, sticking to clean healthy food.  I was really organized; after my grocery shopping this, time and I cleaned and cut all my veggies.  This was brilliant because it made healthy choices easy.  I have gotten a work buddy to walk 20 flights of stairs at break.  We did stairs three times last week. 

Things that didn’t work…  My fitness level is horrible, so last week I pushed it a bit hard and aggravated my femoral nerve.  Quick trip to the doctors and a modified work out plan I should have been good to go.  Sadly, it was just the excuse my brain needed to slip back onto the couch.  Habits aren’t hard to break but for me they take time to reform.  Like the time I moved pods at work and continued to turn right down the hall to the old pod for the next couple of weeks.  I will eventually get into the swing of things.  I look forward to when it is uncomfortable to stay home on the couch because I am accustomed to going out and moving about.

So things to work on… I am gonna make a meal plan for next week.  I hope that that will reduce the amount of food going to waste.  It is a pet peeve of mine wasting food and with organic fresh foods; I am noticing they don’t last as long.  I am gonna be fit, fabulous and organized by the time these 90 days are done!  Whoo hoo!  I am also gonna walk immediately after I get home from work.  I have gotten into the habit of sitting in front of the computer to play games and unwind after my hour-long commute.  Seems illogical to sit after an hour of sitting but when my knee and back was bad I got into that habit.  Now walking will do me good so up and out I will go.  I also want to make sure I do stairs every workday.  That seriously made me work.
