I am under 160 lbs!

 

I am fantastically satisfied with my weigh-in this morning.  159.8 lbs!  That's 14 lbs down in 10 weeks.  That means only 14.8 lbs to go and I will be in the best shape of my life.

 

Well that will help me stay on the restricted diet that I am on.  For health reasons (as we try to figure out what I am allergic to) for the last 10 weeks I have not been allowed to eat sugar, yeast, dairy or anything fermented.  Other than missing chocolate cheesecake it really hasn't been that difficult (as long as I take the time to prep meals in advance).

 

Well I know there are a good many folks out there downsizing their ass-ettes like I am and here's to us all kicking butt!
