Well i have the same deal and i say start small that small one that says no. And let me tell you bomb it and i mean bomb it make sure you bomb it. Then in the aftermath you'll see nothing came out of it you'll walk out with a giggle and say that just brought some laugh to people i don't no.............next do it again destroy your anxiety with dumb shit in a persona where no one is affected but you but you feel no one no's you and let it rip and watch the next 24 hours your king. then once and repeat it and again and again anxiety is fear beat the f outta it and watch the progress. but first you gotta step up do it and you have gain. IT HELPS only can beat things your scared of by losing at it and realize it ain't so bad!!!

I hear what you are saying as I'm there myself.
Maybe you could pick one little thing you would like to achieve and make public and create a challenge on tools.
I would love to join you in this challenge by picking a small goal, making it public and taking steps to achieve it and/or maintain it every day. I could really use the support everyday and I'd love to support you and anyone else here as well.
says: Well, technically I shouldn't be giving you any advices because I am in the same boat myself:wink: I noticed that a lot of things I didn't get done was because I really didn't have a clear idea of how I am going to do this. Either that or I was trying to do many things at once. A lot of times it was simply knowing the the efforts involved will be huge. The toughest part is to love yourself even if you didn't get to making the changes you want. Also treat low motivation as an excuse. Train yourself to work especially when you feel demotivated
says: the best way that i've found to get something done is to make the commitment to someone else. it's kind of letting yourself off the hook a bit, but it works. if it's exercising, we all know that it's easier to exercise with someone else. professional organizing books have a lot of good tips for motivation. Organizing from the Inside Out is a good one.

KEEP UP WITH DOING TOOLS. In time, and as the course progresses, you will gain the confidence you need and the life you deserve! Do the activities and the exercises and print and read the check list every day!
Try not to skip a day.
You are worth it and deserve a great life!
Stay focused!

I can relate I am in the same boat. I have spent much time in clearing out a room and I have tons of equipment. But I cant get the habit or routine going.
I do the same thing, run my mind so much with what needs to be done in my life and my family, that I emotionally exhaust myself to the point I dont have any energy.
The best thing I can say, is to try to find a friend or someone you can team up with. I am going start a work out a couple a times a week with my sister, hoping this will getting me going again.
But dont let yourself think you are a loser!!
You cant make yourself feel bad to get it done. At least it hasnt worked for me.
Try to nreak it down to something real small and add to it with time.
Like walk for ten mins
or pick a few weight exercises and do 10 reps.
I know starting low and building from there has helped me in the past.
And something is better than nothing.
You can do it!! just keep telling yourself that.
