Lesson Learnt...I hope!

I have been preoccupied at work, and then I came across a TTL exercise that had me stumpped for a while.  I couldn't answer it.  So I left doing tools for a while.  I listened to my podcasts and thought about the exercise, and then I thought some more.  Before I realised it a week had gone by and I noticed that not only had I not logged on to tools, I had slipped with my checklist and my affirmations.  Guess what? I had my first down day in ages.  It hit me like a ton of bricks, all those things that I had taken a different perspective on that made my life great, suddenly seemed like the big bad wolf again.  The solution; Keep logging on to tools.  So next time i come across an exercise I can't complete, I am still going to log on, and take the time to read blogs and make comments.  I hope I have learnt this lesson, as I really didn't enjoy having a Bad day!

So true!

So VERY true, its like the Law of Accumulation...when you start slipping, the climb back is harder than before. Glad you got back soon:D!
