Tapes - Day 44

I love the idea of doing the tapes.  I don't love the idea so much of listening to them.  That's not going to stop me though.  This program has been a gentle nudge to stay on top of my game.  So I've to put the MP3 I made onto my TREO and I will have it with me always with headphones so I can listen to the Tapes.  I know I never leave my cell phone behind...so I don't have any excuses not to listen.  Coach I've always known about making my own tapes...Its just that I never did.  Its one of those things.  Thanks for the inspiration.

Peace

Mirit

Listening to the Tapes

I was just the opposite. I didn't much enjoy making the first tapes. I've got better software now and the newest two were much more enjoyable to make.

But I've found that after the first couple of days, I really enjoy LISTENING to them. I bought an mp3 player to take with me on my walk, and it has made all the difference. I love having something to listen to, and I find I really enjoy my own tapes more than having music to listen to.

I can't wait to get the new ones into the mp3 player, but this time I'm going to make a playlist, and I need to work on the old tapes a bit first.

Good for you

I am really enjoying listening to my tapes every day and I think you will too once you get over your initial resistance.  This is the most powerful tool of them all and I can hardly wait to make a new and updated set of tapes.
