Finding my place today

Waking up at 4 am is so hard on me, which is what I did yesterday.  By 2:00 in the afternoon I am wiped.  I have difficulty napping, I usually get a slight headache upon waking from naps.  I think I sleep too deeply and wake to suddenly during naps.  So today I feel the affects of being off my routine.  I am very satisfied though, I am honoring my commitments and myself even though I feel out of sorts.  Its a good feeling.

Now if I could only work out an agreement with Father Time.  Innocent I know that its not Father Time, its me and learning to be very aware of how and what I commit myself to.

Have and having a great day.

Peace

Easy does it!

Getting off our routine can be really hard and I am sure waking up so early the other day was difficult.  Maybe instead of napping, you might just try doing a 20 minute guided meditation to relax and regroup.  You are doing such a good job in tools, do not despair - all in good time!

PS....I love that elephant picture!
