Thinking about Death

Hello fellow toolers Laughing Tongue out

I tend to be thinking about death too much. I keep thinking about what will happen after life and stuff like this, I don't want to keep going on like this though. What should I do to stop this?

Thanks for the reply, I am really in to movies so I might check that out. And I would have thought working in a hospice would make it worse too, guess we just have to try things and see which one sticks.

Thanks again. :)

I was like that for about two years...and sort of got over it.  I did enjoy watching some good comedies about it - there is a good Meryl Strep and...God...can't think of him now Brooks...Albert Brooks movie called Defending your Life - that's good.

I had a co-worker once who said that when she was in the midst of similar fears and obssessive death thoughts, so volunteered at a hospice and it changed her life.

Seems to me that would be like an alcholic working at a bar, but apparently it worked for her.
