Do not worry too much, my friend. I personally don't think you should deny yourself completely, because God wants you to be happy. You have to decide if this problem is getting in the way of your daily life. Then, I think it's an addiction that you should get under control.

On this other-hand, if doing this for 60 days is a way of praise, then go for it. I just don't think God thinks of it as a terrible thing. He made your body.
