two weeks

So I made it two weeks.

The coach's note out side the box was about positive attitudes - wanting change, believing I can change, acting like I believe I can do, faking it til you make it.

I have to honestly say that I do not believe it.  I cannot fake it til I make it.  I do not believe that all of life is created in your own brain.  This is all too polyanna - and not based in reality.  Reality is NOT just what you think it is - that is too simplistic.

Thinking this may not have been the program for me.

Now I am really sad.

sorry

Sarah, Sarah!

"Then Coach said...."fake it Till You make it!

(Your Blog)

Oh My!

Those expressions are mearly

a progression of encouragements

ending with the one that means....

and for those of you that need a

"jump start"....Were here to help you

"bust A move !"

C'Mon!

You might be so self sabotaging even

before you give us a chance to encourage

you and learn to Love you like you know

you can!

In other words, I always saw you here,

saw your smile, was happy for you, and

thought how you reminded me of a friend,

and now Im dashed that you would leave

or be saddened by a small misperception!

Listen Girl!

Life Is Exciting !

Are you Gonna Go Out There and Create

Your Own Excitng Future?

Cause no one, not even Coach can do anything to help anyone who cant do it for themselves!

Tools is merely a springboard, a tool to

use as you need to encourage your own

growth!

If you are saddened so easily, there is

a real need for you to get here and get

healthy with the rest of us!

At least better!

And the friends here are second to none !

Ive been to many sites, and this is a great bunch of very real "Boost Mates!"

I Love Tools!

No one told me to go public....

No one told me to make a daily blog,

No one told me to visit people every day

and make friendships, but its been what

I need alone to get what I want out of the site.

I feel much more encouraged because I have a bunch of fresh new voices and encouragement every day!

Please give me another chance and be real happy Sweetheart!

Please be my freind here !

Smilinsteve

P.S....Read my entire blog, and youll see what kinda nut I am !Im just sharing my heart with you darlin!

P.S.   Are you smilin' ?

Make it real

I had some of the same thoughts going through the "Tools" but I stuck with it and WOW was that a great idea. I have read all of your blogs and just want to thank you for them. I hope you hang around because I think you will find as you finnish the work (train your brain) you learn that The fake stuff can be real if you "train" yourself into it.

Remember if you are working on something it's not fake!

Please keep up the good work.

Sincerely, Sunrose

I admire your courage!

I admire your courage for speaking out.  Your blogs always express your emotions with no punches.  I love how you just put it out there. You are reaching out, that's a good thing.

Reaching out allows you to chance to hear other perspectives which may in turn give you the boost to keep going.  Part of my problems was that I wouldn't reach out.  I wouldn't say when I didn't like something or felt bad.  In turn it became the norm for me. But that also means that I only had my perspective to see.  And it was always bleak.

I say give yourself a chance, try again and keep blogging.  One day it will just click...it did for me.

Sending you a hug Sending you a hug and lots of sunshine
