Way to be! It is all you can do it just put in the work. Sometimes our body does not play nice and follow what we say.
Thats a great job though. Changing your lifestyle and weight is something so very many people have problems sticking with for even a week, keep up the willpower and rock it out.
congrats!
awesome job with the weight loss!
"To Fail Does Not Mean You're a Failure"
Great job on the weight loss, sir!
duh...
That is Sweet!!!
Food for thought
Remember that muscle is much more dense than fat. It is quite possible that you are building muscle while burning fat and therefore aren't seeing the scale decrease as much as you want it to. You should consider taking your body fat measurements. It is a much better gauge.
Good job!
You got pretty darn close to your goal!!! My goal is 20 pounds in 90 days. I may not quite make that, but all we can do is our best! You'll get there!
great
great job man that is a lot of weight you should be proud of yourself. keep up the good work
Right On Times.
You are right Times. That was actually part of the point I wanted to make. Although after re-reading my post I didn't stress enough that Weight loss alone is a false indicator of what kind of shape you are in. the use of weight alone as a gage without thinking about the differance in Muscle and Fat is probablly the main reason people give up on working out. They don't take the whole picture into concideration. Most people don't realize they are starting to build muscle under the fat and the more muscle you build the more fat you will start to burn. However the Muscle usually builds before the fat starts burning. I gained three pounds in the first week before I started to loose anything. Thanks for the post so I could clear up those points.
Quick update.
It took me an extra week but I got to 210. That was my 15 lbs. Now on to 200 and below.
