This happens as a vision, feeling, or suggestion message enters our subconscious mind, from our senses like our hearing, seeing, feeling, or touching, etc. Our brain connects to the memory cells of events and stored information and sorts the information, then does a reaction, or action to make muscles move, the brain to store it as temp, sample, or long term memory or toss it out as useless information. Some times you can store a lie or a misunderstood process as reality. We sometimes are told to do this or that so we do it willingly, but as we grow older we change our personal thought patterns, and as well our personal filters get adjusted, also to our present situation and social situation we live in. We become whatever the moment calls for, or we become bewildered and full of excuses for our existence, jumping from job to job, date to date, drink to drink, or drug to drug looking for happiness. We give up thinking we can make a difference in our life or in others lives, and merely exist to be as we are. There is a better way, you can be better than you are now and feel that life is a gift to you and you have the choice to make it better, whatever your present situation. It calls for some deep thought and help from others to work toward your life goals and to get the next step in life’s journey. It takes time to change your behavior from a lifelong of doing what comes naturally, meaning you will have to think differently. But it’s worth all the effort you put forth, to gain back your sense of pride and honor within your heart and mind. All it takes is to begin conscious effort to realize that changes can and will take place within you and this can really change your life. First thing is to translate thought patterns of a positive nature and channel your behavior toward possibilities and rewards, even small steps or the ones you start changing. You may need to find a coach, a
read more...

Now I have my own company doing video production and training others on how to do better video projects. At this same time I worked a well known video production house called Transvideo Studios, where I was the engineering tech and repair facility guy. Last year it go slow so I got laid off, no problem I;m no 62 1/2 so got social security coming in so I could manage my finances. I have a slight problem now as my video camera has a few problems to get fixed, so I rent gear to do my gigs. I also work as volunteer at a cable facility doing productions and showing new students how to run the cameras and switchers and cg's too... I love the business and it helps to have people eager to learn about it... Well except for another two marrages and divorces a few years ago, I'm doing fine. NLP made the difference in my life and it can help you too...

PS: Here at tools allot of NLP techniques are used in the process, that's why it works so well. Why you learn so fast about yourself and those around you and what you can do about it... You are special and deserve all you can achieve in this life... Don't waste it on drugs and alcohol like others have done.

Live a clean and happy life you will live longer that way....

Best to you

Steve Hall

Now in High School I did great work, learned Electronics, Drafting, Wood and Metal Shops.

I also took Auto Mechanics, and Algebra. This helped me later in live with several of my many occupations or jobs I did. I also went in the Air Force and learned Aircraft Maintenance and Hydrolics and Phumatics too. When I got out I started winding Transformers for a company suppying PG&E pigs as they call them. Those big oil filled containers on almost every power pole even the one that goes to your house. It takes the 25000 volts down to 220/110 volts for home use. Runs you appliences and tv and computer too... I was bored doing that job over and over so went to night school to learn digital the up coming computer field was wide open then. So after grad I joined a cash register company doing Bullocks Stores.

I became a field engineer at the store and other locations as needed. Soon left that job for Atari Games to learn more ablout computer games and design too. After that Computerland was opening new stores so I became the head tech at a group of stores.

A few years later it got slow so went into video editing controllers and traveled the country showing the latest gear and did a few NAB shows too, jointed a friend at Mindset a Charator Generator company and designed a multi input switcher but the company went broke making it, a few people left and started Pinnacles but I joined an old friend doing car commercials, lasted 4 years but the owner died and his wife sold the company. Worked lots of odd jobs for a few years. Went through a divorce and learned about NPL and how to help people through lifes problems...

We start out a seven years old, bucause befor that is no longer in my brain. I was in a bicicle accident at 7 years old and was thrown 50 feet thought the air and got a concusion and a broken leg. I woke up three days later and was in the hospital with a cast on my leg and and oxigen tent over me... my mom thought I had died but my body said not yet... I was there for 7 more days in recovery and learning to walk again with crutches. I was out of school over the rest of the year so started in the next year at my original grade all over again, I had not lost my memory completely just some of it. I remembered words and spelling and math ok. I was very smart back then and learned quickly. Three years passed and the family had to move from San Bruno to San Carlos, CA about 12-15 miles away from old friends.

When got to San Carlos had to build all new friends. Then they changed school boundries and had to make other new friends at new school. Finally two years later got to High School and make old and new friends.

I was watching wife swap the other night and realize how much we resist change... We grow up in a pattern and changing it requires a lot of work... The one wife was a vegetarian the othe a meat eater. The family fought the changes in lifestyle like a rusty nail that bends when you hit it... They were not about to make changes in their lifestyle to make the new person happy...

Going green takes on the same aspect at first, making changes one small thing at a time. Like light bulbs to fluoresent fixtures is easy. But other things like sorting trash is a bit harder but will make a difference in time as we get used to doing it... Changes in what we buy and use in our houses, we have been brainwashed by TV to buy this or that product and we do it without thinking...

Our parents did have it easier because they had fewer decisions to make over products offered in stores back then... Now we have large stores offering one stop shopping but you have to buy larger quantities of product, to get the discount... why do we do it?

Because everyone else goes there you've been brainwashed like robots... We need to change this!!!

Lots of work to think about and lots of careers thatI wanted to try... Some were good and some bad but all taught me about myself and my desires...

At 62 it hard to think of work, you body is starting to hurt and your mind is starting to loose it's information, a little bit at a time, can't remember stuff, like I used to, "Whats his name again?" I know the face but can't remember the name... not that i've lost it all...
