Hometowns Gone -- Websites too!!!

 

I wounder just how many people spent hours building sites on AOL only to loose them when they pulled the plug on Hometown. I myself lots over 80 hours of design work and business once on my site...  Personal histories gone, businesses gone, information lost, were will it end...

 

People who make decisions like that hurt us all,what were they thinking, that people don't care... So many bad decisions are made in hast because what they might cost us... But just how many people were prepaired to pay for the service to be continued... they didn't even ask us!!!  A Free service will disapear soon on the web, as this financial crisis continues. But can some of it be saved?
