Yes, a big Hello to one and all, to kick off,I would like to say I think that Tools is a great idea. I love the idea of "being " with others that care. People, such as yourself, that care enough to want to make a difference. Not only that but strong enough to actually do it. As we all well know it all starts within.

I was born in Butleigh, Somerset, England. A beautiful part of South-West England, very picturesque. An area steeped in Mystic and Legend, King Arthur, Merlin, the Holy Grail. This could be one of the reasons why "The Mystery of Life" has always fascinated me. Have I said when? Well, it was the eighth of October 1964, for those of you for whom it might be of interest, I am a Libran, through and through, to add to which I am a Dragon of Wood. As far s I can remember, everything started off just fine. We were happy, at least I thought so with my young heart. Just before my third Birthday, my brother Paul was born. I can remember being told that I asked my Mum if Paul was born with Wellis(Wellington boots) on. I'm no longer sure why though. Anyway, I took a while to used to the idea that I wasn't alone when it came to the Love and attention of Mum and Dad. Just as I'd managed to get used to the idea, I was then almost six, our sister Isabel turned up. This was a real big deal for me, a sister, a GIRL? Why is she different to me? More questions! To keep things relatively short, everything was fine in our world until our parents decided to go seperate ways, I was 13 or 14 at the time and I was having a ball trying to find out who I am and the cards were reshuffled in such a way that it was nigh on impossible for me to make any sense of my Deck. I lost a girlfriend, shortly after, motorbike accident, then I witnessed the death of one of my Uncles, I chucked school. I think this was because I couldn't find the answers that I was looking for. Somewhere along the line my Dad had mentioned the Army so I decided to go that way. It was either that or who knows. So, 16 June 1981, I left home, that was no longer home, looking for another home and you guessed it, I didn't find it in the British Army. What I did find was a lot more questions that needed answering. I was posted to Germany, Osnabrück in August 1983. A completely new world to me. They even speak different and they don't understand me, or so I thought. One thing I did find in the Army was friends, real friends, not many but enough. I married a german girl in Feb. 1986, looking for a family, as I now know. In March 1986, Posted to Soltau, northern Germany. The very day I started work in Soltau, 11th of March 1986, I was visited by the Families Officer and told that my brother Paul had died in an accident, he was 18. I had had a lot of experience with death up till now but this time I died. I could no longer understand life. I wanted to swap places with Paul. For a very, very long time I could find no reason to want to go on. I stayed in the Army, it was easy in a way, no real so called worries, everything was sorted for you. I spent some time in Northern Ireland and couldn't figure out why people would want to kill each other for the sake of a choice of church. My daughter arrived in Feb.1987. I cried a lot for the miracle that my daughter represented. Despite the arrival of Catherine, the marriage was never a haven of peace for us. Insecurity, Fear, you name it, we lived it. It all came to head after the first Gulf war. I came back to find that someone else had taken my place, so to speak. I suppose you could say that this was the icing on the cake. We split up. It wasn't a friendly seperation either. I decided to look for comfort in oblivion. I didn't find comfort but I found a place where it didn't hurt so much so I stayed there a while. Some of you might know the place; alcohol and drugs. I left the Army 1992 or1993 and continued to dim the pain by hurting myself even more. This went on until I arrived at a major crossroads, Live or Die! I chose Life and I went back to England to start looking for myself again. I spent some time with my Mum in the Black Mountains and we got to know each other again. I decided to dedicate my Life to Life and the choice that we all can  make. I started my professional education as a Personal Trainer, Sportstherapist and Masseur but this wasn't enough, I knew full well that the body is a result of Mind so I continued to educate myself wherever I could. I studied the Bible, Buddhism, Daoism and many other ways of living and looked for the Lowest Common Denominator and arrived at the Conscious Mind. I attended Tony Robbin's Seminars and others from the Development Scene. Eventually I decided to gain some professional Title to assist or convince myself in fulfilling my chosen Role in Life.

Specialist Trainer for Psychological Consultation, Social Coaching and Business Consultant was the result. I have continually worked at improving  concepts for Personal Development and founded SIP Personal Coaching. In addition to this came the development of Vision-Minding, a coaching system with which I work. Somewhere along the line the divorce went through but this no longer presented any great challenge to me. I had decided to do what I knew to be right. Not only for me but for all concerned. Maybe, because of my experiences in life, of which I've mentioned a few, I have come to realise the beauty of the miracle that we are, each and every one of us. The Bessing of the gift of Life in all its Diversity. It truly is a miracle and so much more than we can know. I can now say that I LOVE LIFE, which wasn't always the case. I have found answers that fit for me and I have learned to love myself as an expression of this miracle. In so doing I have discovered Heaven on Earth and guess what; it was here all along. Nowadays, I'm back in Germany building my Coaching Business, for which I have many, many ideas. One of which is to install a Youth Coaching Scheme to assist the youth of today with the development of their future. Perhaps I want to give that which I felt was missing in my Life as a Youth.

I thank you for your time and wish you every success in all you are. Love.
