I was hatched & crawled out from under a rock :-) ; mary said that years ago.  And that was the beginning of my first blog.  You got to start somewhere!  Now I'm having great days!  Sometimes it's daze, however even when having challenges, I still do my best to stay positive.

I still miss my best friend, helper, and biz partner; Bishop, my service dog who went to his other job because he had lung cancer.  Chipper my new canine friend is helping me continue to move forward.  He is 6 months old now. We met when he was 5 months old about 5 weeks after Bishop moved on.  You can read about Bishop here.

I'm glad to be a part of this community and hope to be able to help & be helped.  Feel free to ask questions.  I roll with the punches :-)

all questions»

I'm struggling answering the questions which require negative input.  Is it possible to have some alternate questions which would be another option available in the future? Posetive is easy for me.

Good morning, friend.  I don't think I've passed the day of tools that you're on, but I think I know what you're referencing.

Instead of saying to yourself, "I can do X", ask yourself something like, "if I don't do X, what will I have missed out on in 10 years".

The point is to give yourself the pain by asking yourself these type of "negative" questions.  Your brain will do more to avoid the pain than gain the pleasure of just accomplishing whatever it is you're trying to do.

Keep rockin'.
