Bad past few days.

I'm feeling mighty depressed lately, letting things get to me like I know they shouldn't be.

I guess I'm letting all these negative thoughts rule my brain and try to take over. Suppose this is the bump coach Steele talked about. Right now I just feel like breaking down and giving up, but that can happen this far into the program. Tomorrow I need to get some things accomplished for myself and make the most of my day/time. Please feel free to leave tips comments etc in order to give me that boost/push I need. Thanks in advance Wink

At the very least..

...you're admitting you are down in the dumps and that's a start. DON'T STAY THERE FOR LONG.  A friend of mine recommend a GREAT book to supplement TOOLS: The BOUNCE BACK book by karen Salmansohn. It's pretty cheap ($13), you can buy it on Amazon, and it gives you a lot of digestible tidbits of goodness to get you jazzed up again.

TOOLS, my friends (here and in real life) and that book helped me recover from a vicious breakup last month.  Go out, enjoy being around others and avoid sulking for long periods of time. Embrace the sad times for a minute, remember you are doing the best you can (see the CHECKLIST) AND KEEP AT IT.

We all falter, but that's why we're all here to offer support.

HANG IN THERE, BUDDY. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Laugh, and change chairs..

That's funny, LOL! That's funny, LOL!Whoa, I am just hinting at laughing at yourself.

And I do not laugh at your situation. Switch chairs and attain a different perspective. The negative that has been with us all is part of us, and does not wish to depart. You are the landlord, give them a 24hr notice!!

Stay the course, YOU ARE WORTH IT!!

Big Bump

Yeah this was definitely the big bump Coach Steele spoke of, and it set me back from progressing several days. I need to put more attention towards the checklist and learning the lessons Coach is teaching instead of going through the motions. Despite me really slacking off lately I have kept a pretty positive attitude, continued to workout, and eat well. Still my biggest issue remains with procrastination and not doing the things that need being done most first.
