14 days into Tools!

So today made two full weeks into tools and it really does not seem like it has been that long. Went to see my counselor today and ended up speaking about tools and how good it is working for me. I will now be calling in my appointments whenever I feel the need to see her. I'm currently still taking antidepressants  and probably won't wean off of them until I start making more progress with things in my life such as making goals and working towards them to show progress. At the moment I feel like I am going to have to step up more and get involved with more areas of my life, but maybe I shouldn't get so ahead of myself and make the most out of life one day at a time and enjoy myself. Anyways I should not be critical of myself, I am really doing good and making progress with tools. No reason I should be anything but happy with where I am and where I'm going.

Congratulations! i think you should just go ahead and get more involved in activities. I don't think its going ahead of yourself but rather a BIG step forwards for recovery. From my own experiences, new situations are really a GREAT fast forward.

Carry on the GREAT work!:D
