On to another week....

 Well I have to thank everyone for the awesome support it really was something else to get all the feedback.  That being said....I think I'm gonna crack.  I never thought I would make it this far.  If nothing else at least I know it is possible now.  I am gonna try to get to an AA meeting before it's too late.   I have been going to the gym hard throughout the last couple days which has been a great outlet of energy.  If anyone is going through what I am, I have found just burning off that energy was very helpful.  I think Jui Jitsu is going to be the next energy burning outlet.  Wish there was surf on the east coast for an energy burner.  You west coasters are looking at another nice northwest swell for the weekend.  Thank you again to everyone!!!  You really have helped get me this far.  Peace to all.

keep going man, you can only work on the day at hand. If you can't surf, go to your local skate park and carve around, thats one of the things i do for fun.
