The Check List

I just wrote a whole blog and lost it, haha.  But basically I wanted to get some input from people on how they use the check list and the program.  I am on day 22 and am definitely seeing an improvement in myself but don't think I am where I should be mentally.  How many people use the check list like coach tells us to?  I read it every time I log on (which is not Every day) but don't take it with me throughout my day.  Are the people who feel they are successful, using the check list everyday?  I know it is a key part of the program but I find it difficult to work on during my workday.  I did print it out today, I am going to carry it with me, really try to work on it thoughout the day and start using it everyday but wanted to get some feedback on other peoples experience.  Thanks for reading.  My best to everyone out there!
