Hey everybody

Its been a while since I have posted and I was just going through my old posts.  How boring and not very positive!  Looks like the same complaints days after day.  I can honestly say that I am more positive now then ever.  I feel good and am doing things the way I feel I should.  I finally got the help I needed to take the monkey off my back and doing daily activities including getting back to tools to keep it off.  I say to anyone willing to hear, I was not living because of my behavior, and giving up the will to continue that life has allowed me to move to a better emotional place.  Now I can live again and actually take action in my life, and do the things I was totally missing out on.  By realizing I was powerless, reckless, and my life was unmanagable, I gave up my will to live that life and took action to change.  I am having more fun than I have in years.  Don't get me wrong it has been extremely hard and continues to be an extreme struggle at times but it is worth it.  All things pass given time, take the good things and use them while you can, let the bad things go and they too shall pass.

Just really wanted to give a shout out to the community and I hope to continue to be an active part of it again.

Peace, WH
