Another Hard Day

 Well today is Day 2 but it is my first blog.  I guess i intend to use this to notice changes in my thinking patterns and my moods.  Maybe to even get a little encouragement through a tough time.  Anyways today I received some bad news about my ill sister, she had to return to the pallative care unit to get her cancer pain back under control.  When I intially heard this it was sad and demoralizing but i tried to keep her positive about coming home again.  I know the day is coming when she won't be with us but also realize this is just a part of the cycle and no one can choose who gets to stay or go.  All I can really do is give her my love, support and try to make her smile.  Helping with these little things make me feel good about myself in a very sad time.  So I guess if nothing else I'm able to see a positive in a very dark time.
