there's a great book about this you can get from the library - called "it's all too much."
or, you can simply look at each item and ask yourself "is this beautiful, useful or does it make me money?" if the answer is "no," give it away or pitch it. http://www.clothingdonations.org/service.htm for free home item pickup by the vietnam vets' assn.
(2) keep a monthly calendar - one which you can carry with you. my favorite is $10 from target.
(3) put all received bills in one box with your checkbook, envelopes and stamps.
(4) on one of the Tools Days - Day 20something? there is an explanation of maintaining a "to do list." very helpful!
