I'm at a busy and changing time in my life. I recently started a new job as an advisor, I left a strictly academic role where I was bored and struggling to decide whether to pursue further graduate work. My new job? So far so good, it's quite different, it's challenging and a great career builder. I am trying to finish my masters degree. The other big thing is that I am going to be married in a few months to a great guy.  I came across the TOOLS site and thought I'd give it a try, I love that it is web-based, nothing against books but I have enough to read as it is! I'm enjoying the program and feel motivated by the exercises!

Before my ask, a little background info: I recently started a new job and opened a new region office (so I am alone at least for another few months). I should be excited about the work & want to tackle my daily tasks enthusiastically, but am not and feel bored. How can I be more productive at work?

One little side thing that I do every day is that I found a website that gives daily affirmations (quotes generally), and I write them down in a little notebook. I'm sure my co-workers laugh, because the quotes are also everywhere in the office!
