Great idea to ask for community support. Great idea to be back!!
I think part of managing time is really to manage time. Each night do what you need to to prepare for the next day...put out your clothes, visualize the next day, collect what you need, set that alarm....
in the morning, make that do to list, prioritize, get started...
just those two things are like incredible magic for making time somehow stretch out, and achieving what you want to achieve in a day. I have days I DO this, and days I don't. The days I DO are way better. lol.
