After 3 Days, Day 1

Three days after signing up, I've finally completed Day 1. Woo! At this rate, I will be done by the end of the calendar year! Time Management is not my friend.

Hey...

One thing I learned in tools....no negative self talk. Try telling yourself that you can do this. That you will do this everyday. Also, make a set time to do tools. I do it right after I wake up. Then I work out. Then my day starts. I find the routine of doing tools every morning has helped a lot. Sometimes, I don't get to it until later in the day but I will say I notice that starting my day with a tools lesson makes for a more positive day. Yesterday, I didn't get to tools until well after dinner time. I had a really shitty day. Keep at it. You can do it.

re: Hey

Thanks for the friendly advice Celena. I like the idea of doing tools first thing in the morning - I'll need to try to focus on that. Hope you had a better dya!

..can relate...

I once returned three overdue library books - all of them on time management!

I think I've gotten better, but like anything else...it's a process -- and if it takes a year to finish tools - so what?  If you get indepth in each "day", you're learning a lot and making the changes you need.
