Positive qoutes

Winners do what losers won’t

The problem is not that people aim too high and miss. It’s that they aim to low and hit

The mind determines what is possible, but the soul surpasses it.

We can’t change yesterday. We can only make the most of today & look with hope for tomorrow

Today’s seeds bring tomorrow’s harvest

The answer always comes, but in ways you least except

Instead of counting your troubles, try adding up your blessings

Treat people you meet each day as though it is your last day on earth

It is better to forgive & forget than to resent & remember

Spend your life the way you like, but remember you can only live it once

We gain strength from temptations we resist

Don’t count your years, make your years count

If we have pleasant thoughts, even when we are alone we are in good company

Forget your mistakes, but remember what they taught you

It’s easy to pick a wise man by what he does not say

Karma means action, so things change through action not wishing

Negative emotions produce corrupt actions

Never lose hope, faith; in the end everything will be ok

Anger can’t solve problems, it complicates things further

There are no un-resolvable disputes in the world

Turn worry into determination

History is history no one can change it

Sometimes silence is more useful

Blessed is the soul too busy to worry during the day and too tired to worry at night

Success comes in cans, failures come in cants

We can’t discover new seas if we aren’t prepared to leave the shore

Pain is temporary, pride is forever

The only true way of failing is to stop trying

We must find a way or make one

If you want some things if your life to change in your life you have to change something

Dreams are what you hope for. Goals are things you make happen

You have the ability to change your feelings

Happiness is good health and a bad memory

You can choose to see obstacles as problems or opportunities

In life what sometimes appears to be an end is really a new beginning

If you do stand for something, you will for anything

Half of getting what you want is knowing what you have to give up in order of getting it

Any adult who is fortunate who gets their disappointments early in life, because they can learn to start over again

Neither success nor failure is ever final

You must do the things you think you can’t

We all get stepped over once, but one must pick oneself up again, and behave as if it was nothing

Fear is that little dark room negatives are developed

Live in the present, & future never the past

Everything changes except change

The time to repair the roof is when the sun is shinning

Never except “no” things, situations, people’s perception changes, always another angle

Always be a first-rate version of yourself instead of a second-rate version of someone else

Everything in life is temporary

Step beyond where other thought you would step

Keep like a duck, calm & unruffled on the surface but paddle like the devil underneath

Our problem is not to learn but to unlearn

You grow up the day you have your first real laugh at yourself

what ever happens, happens for a reason

the only thing that you can't change is time

live today like it is your last

you attract more bees with honey

there is a fine line between genius and mentally fucked

there is a hidden message in every thing

common sense is not common, 90% people are clueless

what is meant will always find its way

The only people you need in your life are the ones that prove they need you in theirs

Don’t chase them, replace them

No regrets, just lessons learned

True strength is keeping yourself together when everyone expects you to fall apart

Sometimes its best to forget how you feel and remember what you deserve

Don’t make someone a priority when they make you an option

Tips for Better Life

1. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
3. Sleep for 7 hours.
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
5. Play more games.
6. Read more books than you did the previous year.
7. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.
8. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.
9. Dream more while you are awake.
10. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
11. Drink plenty of water.
12. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
13. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
14. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
15. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
16. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
17. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
18. Smile and laugh more.
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
20. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
21. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
22. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
23. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about. Don't compare your partner with others.
24. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
25. Forgive everyone for everything.
26. What other people think of you is none of your business.
27. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
28. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.
29. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
30. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
31. The best is yet to come.
32. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
33. Do the right thing!
34. Call your family often.
35. Your inner most is always happy. So be happy.
36. Each day give something good to others.
37. Don't over do. Keep your limits.

"People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered; -Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives; -Be kind anyway.

If you are successful you will win some false friends and true enemies; -Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; -Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight; -Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous; -Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow; -Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; -Give the world the best you've got anyway.

You see, in the end, it is between you and God; -It was never between you and them anyway."
-Mother Teresa

SEIZE THE MOMENT: Well done is better then well said. The minute you settle for less than you deserve, you get even less then you settled for. Its not whether you get knocked down, its whether you get back up. Many people are so afraid to die that they never begin to live. Its better to die on your feet then to live on your knees.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF:
If you dont take control of your life dont complain when others do. Remember, if you don’t want to be with yourself why should anyone else? There are no impossible dreams, just our limited perception of what is possible. You have to pay close attention to what you love, and never listen to anyone who tells you to be practical too early in the GAME. You don't need a loud voice to be heard, all you need is something worthwhile to say. Fallings part of the game, no matter how good you are, the ice is still slippery.

DARE TO BELIEVE:
You have to have emptiness before it can be filled, you have to exhale before you can inhale. The only way to discover the limits of the possible is to go beyond them into the impossible. There are two kinds of people in this world, Those who walk in the room and say "There you are" and those that say "Here I am". Remember if people talk behind your back, it only means you are two steps ahead.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LIFE
(from the Dalai Lama)

1.  Take into account that great love and great achievements involve great risk.

2.  When you lose, don't lose the lesson.

3.  Follow the 3 R's:
- Respect for Life
- Respect for Others; and
- Responsibility for all of your actions

4.  Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.

5. Learn the rules so you know how to break them properly.

6.  Don't let a little dispute injure a great relationship.

7.  When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.

8.  Spend some time alone every day.

9.  Open your arms to change, but don't let go of your values.

10. Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer.

11. Live a good, honourable life.  Then when you get older and think back, you'll be able to enjoy it a second time.

12. A loving atmosphere in your home is the foundation for your life.

13. In disagreements with loved ones, deal only with the current situation.  Don't bring up the past.

14. Share your knowledge.  It is a way to achieve immortality.

15. Be gentle with the earth.

16. Once a year, go someplace you've never been before.

17. Remember that the best relationship is one in which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other.

18. Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
