Day 3

The first day I woke up I said "I'm having a great day". It felt ok.

Second Day I said it again..Felt better. I also stood up and said "I am going to do this. I am going to learn these tools and make them mine". Actually I think I said it 3 times. The second time I said it I shouted it. My cat looked at me weird but It felt so good I wanted to say it again and even louder..so loud that after I could help but chuckle & feel positive.

Third Day (today) I woke up and said "i'm having a great day" and it felt great! I love saying it. I also say it more then once and sometimes through out the day. Here's a copied and pasted message with my buddy as he greeted me:

After reading some of the info on tools I did get teary eyed...not because I'm sad but because I'm a part of something positive & I love coming here, reading and finding my next challenge.

Last night I made a vision board....well more like a vision wall lol. I've been putting it off cause my printer wasn't working. Now that I got a working printer I printed off 42 affrimations, qoutes and photos that inspire me. Even though its not fancy and all over my wall...its there!

Everyday I print off all the tools & info so I can go back and read it. I now have a binder with sections for tools to life, affirmations, tips,  exercise plan, anxiety plan (from a work work). Its all organized, highlighted and I feel as though I'm working toward something great. I also got 3 x 5 que cards I can right down positive self talks that I can do during a panic attack, as well as distraction stragies.

The great thing about doing this now is its winter time, lack of sunshine (vitamin d), very cold and not much to do. By the time spring comes I will be well into the program perhaps finished but never stopping there...always learning more.

I have also made a decision to move out of my downtown condo as the fast pace lifestyle is not what I desire. I'm looking to move in spring time to a great neighborhood that I always had fond memories of...which isn't too far away. My present to myself when I move is to buy a dog for my son & me.

I forgot I'm also drinking this healthy shake every morning all organic. Udos oil, liquide vitamin b, greens and some other stuff. I'm also on day 5 on taking panicyl, its a herbal medication for panic attacks. All natural ingredients. You can easily google it.

I almost forgot I am making an effect to change my thoughts...yes it is hard to get them all but little by little it makes a difference.

Next on my list is exercise, detoxing and living healthy. Its true that a healthy mind exists in a healthy body. If your body is healthy so is your mind & I remember this is true from when I used to work out.

I'm so happy to be here and have the opportunity to meet great, understanding people and to know we are all on this journey.

I'm having a great day!

You will have a great day!
