training every day

 I 'm now into martial arts since 3 years and i'm pretty good in it.But in the last time i did not make any progress. So i decided to start training every day. 30 minutes per day should help me to increase my skills and decrease my weight and bloodpressure.  zbenjamin »

its fun tp be a "early bird"

 I decided to create more time for me in the day and start work now at 7:00 am . That gives me 1 hour more where i can do other stuff. In fact first i changed from having no set work begin time to come in at 8:00am that saved me 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Now being a early bird gives me 1 more hour.  Fro »

Week 4 finished

 Yes i finished week 4 in tools and i still have a lot of work to do. Well i already changed something in my life, but the "lazy-monster" is still with me and wants to tell me i don't have to do x and y. It still wins much too often. But i now have a real set betime and uptime »

3rd week finished
