After i realized my high blood pressure i went to the doc and started to change my way how i eat, this time really. Its amazing i lost nearly 6 kilo's in 3 weeks. I know it will not continue that fast but its still cool. However
i want to share some things i realized and
learned in that short time:
- Try to avoid as much fat as possible
( no fried stuff, no meat with a lot of fat)
- Reduce Sugar and Salt in your meals
- No white flour, for example bread roles
eat a good granary bread instead.
- Eat many veggies, they fill you up at
almost no cost.
- Use small plates to eat from, your brain
want's less food if you use small plates
- Do some sport every day
Okay here comes the really important rule:
NOTHING IS FORBIDDEN, that means you can continue to eat "bad" food BUT:
1. Make it a special food , special means
eat it only in special moments like on a
birthday party or if you go out in a
restaurant to celebrate something.
2. Do the same with sweets and chips, they
are not forbidden but make them
something "special". Just eat them when
going into the cinema for example. Not at
home in front of the TV.
3. CONTROL YOUR PORTIONS means if
you eat chips, buy a small pack or don't
eat ALL. Same for other things, eat them
for taste not to fill your stomach.
If you look at slim people, then you can see
that they also eat hot-dogs, pizza and sweets but they eat it not regulary. They
know how to control their portions. The
secret is to eat regulary healthy and rarely
other things you eat just for the taste.
Also eat slowly so you will feel that you had
enough earlier.
Hope i could share some expirience and
maybe i inspired someone to start loosing
weight.
