BOOST TO BOOSTI and my husband just quit smoking as of May 3rd. He kept complaining we were running out of money. I finally talked logic into him, because I knew I couldn't quit if he was continuing. So we both quit. I got mad at myself because I've tried to quit for years and years and actually made it a couple of times to 4-1/2 months, stress and not coping with it made me go back to smoking. This time I got mad because my sister, cousins, d-i-l, friends have all quit and I hate being a slave to something. I quit drinking too because I know that's a trigger for smoking. I quit drinking coffee about a year ago, which agitated me. So my advice to you is get mad, sleep alot while going through withdraws, drink lots of liquids to push the drug out of your system, take lots of vitamin C, and exercise or keep yourself busy so you don't think about cigarettes. I wish you luck, it's the hardest thing to do! If you fail, don't give up, keep on trying!
