Yesterday on Oprah they spent almost an hour on complaining. a Pastor wants to rid the world of complaining so he gives away purple bracelets that you were for 21 days one arm and when you catch yourself complaining you switch arms and start again. I think it is a great idea. They say it may take 5 weeks to get the bracelet but I have decided to do it with my watch. [guess i have to start wearing it again lol].
Until tools I didn't realize how much I complained. How much wasteful time it took up. I have decided to take that time back.
doing the this in tools along with the gratitude exercise made my feel very small and ashamed of my complaining because God has been so good to me. How dare I be so wasteful and unproductive in the light of Gods blessings. I promise from this day forward to do better.
