Getting better and better

 

I am just amazed! I changed a lot. I am nicer to other people, I speak  with confidence, feel good in my body since I stretch myself every morning. I am making good food choices, I drink water. I started online dating and I am making progress with my study.I am getting better and better every day...and it feels so natural.

 

I am still fighting with my old habits but I am doing my best to be awear of it and change my behaviour. 

 

I know I am going to be better every day.
