      <![CDATA[<p>Soon, I do have to go grocery shopping so this was a timely topic.&nbsp; I'm planning on reading the sodium content of food 'cause that's somethng that I usually don't pay attention to.&nbsp; What the heck?&nbsp; I&nbsp;may as well&nbsp;check the sugar count, too.&nbsp; It's a good thing that Day 7 included a follow up to Day 6's theme of cravings.&nbsp; (I still&nbsp;want to work on the caffeine habit.)&nbsp; Am wondering what Day 8's theme will be.&nbsp; I gotta be more consistent in following this program.&nbsp; <em>Consistency is key.&nbsp;</em>&nbsp; : )</p><br /><a href="http://toolstolife.com/users/zivota/blog/viewpost/26031/">read more...</a>]]>

    <title>Now Presenting - My Cravings</title>

      <![CDATA[<p>Day 6 was so "overwhelming" to me that it's taken me a month to get around to it.&nbsp; Well, that and just the busyness of life.</p>
<p>Ideally, I would like to report that my cravings are all in the past.&nbsp; <em>Ideally</em>...In reality, though, I have cravings.&nbsp; Would you care to know what they are?&nbsp; OK,&nbsp;let's present 'em:</p>
<p>&nbsp;Suspect #1 <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Starchy Foods, esp. Breads</span>&nbsp; I can bypass candy and soda but find breads/cakes harder to resist.&nbsp; Bread is the main culprit 'cause it's not too often that I have a chance to eat cake.</p>
<p>Suspect #2 <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Coffee</span> - The <em>Maestro</em> of&nbsp;them all!&nbsp; When I turned 30, I did kick my caffeine habit for 3 years.&nbsp; A recent effort at "kicking" resulted in me feeling tired and annoyed with feeling tired.&nbsp; I'm thinking for my next effort I need to decrease my to-do list,<strong> increase</strong> my sleep and maybe&nbsp;stop by the&nbsp;gym.</p>

      <![CDATA[<p>This "Day" took longer than expected but overall I'm consistent with eating breakfast.&nbsp; (Sometimes, you gotta have something to wake you up in the morning.)&nbsp; Now, before, I get too smug and think that I've mastered Day 5, I will say that I could make my breakfasts healthier.&nbsp; My current habit is to eat an avocado sandwich with a plum or almonds for breakast.&nbsp; <em>Man, that sounds healthier than I expected.&nbsp; Ah, I dunno, maybe I could eat more oranges.</em></p><br /><a href="http://toolstolife.com/users/zivota/blog/viewpost/25798/">read more...</a>]]>

      <![CDATA[<p>Cool deal, so I'm finished with Day 4.&nbsp; I'd better work on visualizing though 'cause the only exercise I got today was when I cleaned out the tub.&nbsp; I did eat some green veggies so that's a plus.&nbsp; Am wondering what the TTL people have concocted for Day 5.&nbsp; Maybe it will&nbsp;be about sleeping 'cause I still need to work on the sleep thing.&nbsp; We'll let me start the 16:00 countdown.</p><br /><a href="http://toolstolife.com/users/zivota/blog/viewpost/25782/">read more...</a>]]>

    <title>Just a little tooo attached...</title>

      <![CDATA[<p>I didn't expect it but the exercises in this Optimal Health Program are getting me to clear out some clutter.&nbsp; Tonight, I tossed out my grated parmesan cheese and will be tossing out my freezer-burned fudge bars.&nbsp; There are 2&nbsp;"foods" though that I'm reluctant to give up:&nbsp; <span style="background-color: #ffff00;">1. My Nutella</span><em><span style="background-color: #ffff00;"> </span>- </em>I haven't opened it in 7 months but I just like to know that it's here.&nbsp; <span style="background-color: #ffff00;">2.&nbsp; My frozen veggie pizza </span>- Every time, I see that pizza I think if I add some more broccoli and cheese to it, it'll be OK.&nbsp; It's been 3 years now and I still haven't eaten that pizza.&nbsp; Maybe I should put it on my to-do list.</p><br /><a href="http://toolstolife.com/users/zivota/blog/viewpost/25774/">read more...</a>]]>

      <![CDATA[<p>OK, so I'm wrapping up Day 2, I got around to checking on my meds.&nbsp; At first, I thought that I was all&nbsp;"clear" and then I remembered I&nbsp;had some Nyquil in my cupboards.&nbsp; Turns out it expired Nov. 2007.&nbsp;&nbsp;While reviewing some of Day 2, I remembered I forgot to do my morning affirmation so I'll give it a try tomorrow.&nbsp; I had a Philly cheese steak for lunch which I probably won't repeat again...at least, not from that sandwich shop.</p><br /><a href="http://toolstolife.com/users/zivota/blog/viewpost/25765/">read more...</a>]]>
